9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Vinyasa Flow with Courtney Fox
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Mat Pilates with Ash Adams
11:45 AM – 12:15 PM: Breathwork & Meditation with Colter Smith and Marney Henze
12:45 PM – 1:00 PM: Dance Class with Jaclyn Hamric
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Acro Yoga Demo + Jam
