The name HealthyMystic, is aspirational. We all weave in and out of progress, my goal is to continue becoming healthier, as I’ve always struggled with maintaining a slim figure. This isn’t something that comes easy, we all have our inner battles that slow us down. On the other hand, being a Mystic has been the staple of my existence since my spiritual awakening in 2015. I continue to search for deeper truths, peeling back the layers of the veil on human consciousness. I hope these yoga mats help you do the same.
